Introduction!
John Sanchez, who serves as the company's president, founded
Emergency Pest Control, Inc., in 1979. It quickly
established an excellent reputation for providing state of the
art pest control services, performed by courteous, well-trained
and proficient technicians; that is why we attract an impressive
variety of government, commercial, industrial and residential
customers.
EPC is proud to be a small business, which
provides its clients with personalized attention. This personalized
contact increases awareness and responsiveness to the needs
of our customers. Our customers will always benefit from the
latest advances made within the industry. We constantly monitor
and upgrade our operations. Careful attention is given to the
proper use of chemicals, equipment and to the training of personnel.
Prior to the submitting of bid/proposals, Mr. Sanchez personally
reviews and inspects all facilities so he can make recommendations
for a better pest control analysis. He relies heavily on the
Integrated Pest Management Program in order to have a cleaner
and safer environment.
Our Capabilities!
EPC is a full service company, which is licensed
and insured. It is also a member of the New Jersey Pest Management
Association and the Division of Development for Small Businesses
and Women and Minority Businesses. EPC is an
approved Minority Business Enterprise (MBE), a qualified Disadvantaged
Business Enterprise (DBE), certified as a Hubzone Business,
and an active participant in the US Small Business Administration
8(a) Program.
EPC goes beyond pest control services. It
is a company that also provides services in landscaping, herbiciding,
janitorial and custodial services. These services go hand in
hand with pest control. Since we know that pests are part of
our environment, they usually are a result of poor landscaping
and/or janitorial services. We are able to provide you with
a variety of services that will meet all your needs. This capability
makes it easier to our customers to use one company to meet
their needs.

Newark International Airport. The firm is easily accessible
by public transportation, as well.
Emergency Pest Control utilizes both a manual and computerized
system for projecting estimating, accounting, purchasing, project
scheduling and payroll. Emergency Pest Control
